My Eye Clinic came highly recommended to me by a friend and with good reason. From the first consultation with Anita and meeting Mr Ghosh, I had confidence I was in safe hands. After reviewing details from the consultation and carrying out an examination, Mr Ghosh recommended multi focal lens replacements. He took time to explain clearly what the procedure would entail and enquired if I had any questions. The operations were quick and painless, and Mr Ghosh and his team put me at ease throughout. I am now totally glasses free, and my eyesight is getting better day by day. The clinic is a very clean with a calming and relaxing environment . After 30-odd years of wearing contact lenses, I can finally see near and far 👁️👁️ and I'm feeling quite evangelical about it. I'm so glad I had this done, and MY Eye Clinic were definitely the right choice - they have been excellent. I finally took the plunge and had lens replacement surgery (eyes were too bad for laser). Second eye was done yesterday and the improvement (with both done) has been phenomenal. I am so grateful for the wonders of science, technology and medicine. It was painless, no injections, no nasty smells, I didn't see anything being "done" and I was fully awake during my procedure. The care I received throughout (before, during and after) has been absolutely brilliant. If you're considering it, I'd say - do it! And do it with MY Eye Clinic - you won't be disappointed.

I had cataracts removed in both eyes and new lenses installed. All the staff were helpful and friendly from start to finish. I had a great number of concerns and questions. Mr Ghosh (the eye surgeon) took a lot of time and care to address everything I raised. He was very patient, easy to talk to, and inspired total confidence. He ensured that he fully understood what I was aiming for, and he managed my expectations with sensitivity - establishing in advance what realistically could be achieved, given that I had had Lasik eye surgery in the past. Ultimately, I was left in no doubt that Mr Ghosh would achieve the best possible outcome. Which he did. I'm very happy with my new sight and would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Ghosh personally, and all the staff at My Eye Clinic in Gosforth. Many thanks.
