I recently had the pleasure of undergoing Lasik laser eye surgery at My Eye Clinic in Gosforth, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the very first consultation with Anita, I felt confident about the health and safety protocols in place, and the level of care I received was exceptional. The team took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and putting me at ease. On the day of the surgery, Mr. Ghosh and the nurses were fantastic, their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout. The procedure itself was a breeze, and the recovery was smooth and hassle-free. Every member of staff I encountered was lovely and helpful, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. I’m really pleased with my improved eyesight after elective lens-replacement surgery in my left eye. From my first appointment, everyone at My Eye Clinic was friendly and professional, and Mr Ghosh inspired confidence in his decision-making and ability; he explained my needs and the procedure very clearly. I was a very nervous patient on the day, and all of the team members were kind and reassuring. I needn’t have worried; the procedure was painless and I couldn’t see or feel anything at all. The aftercare has been great — again, very reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.

I couldn’t recommend My Eye Clinic more. It’s been just over a week since I got laser eye surgery here and everything from my initial consultation to extra scans to the actual surgery itself and the follow up appointments have been absolutely amazing. Dr Ghosh, Anita and all the surgery and reception staff are so lovely and kind. The surgery itself was quick and seamless and everything was explained really thoroughly to me, and I was put at ease when I was a little nervous. Even the receptionist dimming the lights when I came for a follow up appointment with sensitive eyes! I am sure as time goes on I will be super happy with my new vision but I can’t recommend My Eye Clinic enough for their amazing staff and totally professional and knowledgeable service, thank you so much everyone.

Excellent service & treatment throughout, in a lovely clean and modern environment. Mr Ghosh & his team were very pleasant , helpful and professional at all times. Making us feel at ease during our treatment. My husband and I are thrilled with the results after our lens replacement surgery. We are both now totally glasses free , and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 😊
