Miami Lakes Med Spa

I had an appointment today at 3:45 p.m. for a free consultation with the Doctor. I confirmed the appointment days prior. They even said to get there 10 minutes early. I arrived around 3:30 p.m. - 3:35 p.m. I waited until 4:30 p.m. and the doctor never saw me. Another girl was gonna see me then because the doctor was backed up with another patient. But after having to wait like an hour, I decided to leave. The receptionist was nice and the place was clean. I’ll give them that at least.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from this so-called “medical spa.” If you value respect, professionalism, or basic human decency, RUN the other way. I have never in my life witnessed a staff talk to patients the way they do here. The way they treat people is beyond unacceptable—snarky remarks, rude tones, eye-rolling, and straight-up unprofessional comments that no licensed medical provider should ever say to a patient. Instead of offering care, they act like you’re a burden the moment you walk through the door. The doctor here clearly has no sense of professionalism, and the attitude is unbelievable. It’s like they forgot patients are the reason they even have a job. Their behavior is cold, dismissive, and downright nasty. They talk down to you, make you feel stupid for asking simple questions, and respond as if they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence. I’ve had better customer service at a gas station at 2 AM. A medical spa should make patients feel safe, respected, and comfortable—not embarrassed, belittled, or insulted. This place has zero class, zero professionalism, and zero understanding of how to treat people. Save yourself the stress and go literally ANYWHERE else. This spa is a joke, and the staff’s attitude is even worse. Avoid at all costs.

From the Dr to the staff. Very professional and caring. Dr Sabrina is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain. I have to drive far from home but it is worth it. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to have a fresh look or to look younger.
