I first got my breast augmentation in 2019, and I was thrilled with Dr Mallucci's work. He really did provide me with perfect breast that everyone assumed were real. I simply couldn't be happier with the results. But after a capsular contracture in 2024, due to impact injury, I needed to have my implants removed and replaced. And although I had moved to a different European country by 2024 , I decided to go back to Dr Mallucci for the breast surgery. Although this meant a much more expensive, time consuming and logistically difficult surgery, it was worth it to get breast implant that look real. Unfortunately, I was wrong. My current implants are ok at best, and quite obviously fake. I am really really unhappy and wish I had found the best plastic surgeon locally, instead of spending all the extra time and effort, flying back and forth to the UK, just to get these results from Dr Mallucci. Of course I expressed my displeasure in my 6 month checkup, but I was told this was the best he could do because of my slim frame and lack of body fat. But as I am the exact same size and weight as I was in 2019, I do not understand how he could give me perfect, natural looking breast then, and now I looked like I went to a discount surgeon. Dr Mallucci's practice has lost my trust and of course my business, and I will be having all further aesthetic and plastic surgery done elsewhere.

Mr Mallucci is the best of the best, I felt safe and in the most expert hands. It is my second surgery and I feel so fortunate to have been operated by Mr Mallucci. The team, the nurses and other Consultant were so professional and understanding and fitted me in when I needed support post surgery. The clinic and setting is lovely.
