12/27-update: do you think they called me back? No, their answer is just an excuse for their bad service, they didn't fix the problem and I'm still waiting for this return. I had called three times and no return. I did hormone treatment with Dr. Waldo Acebo and told him that my hor flashes had come back and he did nothing, now I'm calling to see if there's something I can do for the hot flashes and he doesn't call back. It is really frustrating that you call them and explain everything and they know is their fault but instead of helping the patient they simply ignore your calls. Now that clinic is sold and the service got worse because yhey ignored patients complaints. What a disappointment, looking for a new doctor now!!!!

Very disappointed with my visit / no-visit today, I called three times to try to schedule a facial before I got a call back, I arrived early, and clearly said I only had 45 minutes — I was assured that was fine. 30 minutes past my appointment time, I cancelled my visit, my daughter’s upcoming appointment, and asked to cancel my over 4-year membership. New management clearly does not value long-time customers or basic respect for people’s time. I leave with unpaid services, I am extremely frustrated in the time I spent....
