We’ve been to Look Natural Aesthetics twice now and both experiences have been fantastic. The first visit was for my boyfriend to have the hayfever vaccine – I called and they were able to offer us a same-day appointment that evening. Everything felt very professional and clean without being overly clinical, which really put us at ease. While we were there, I asked about treatments for skin tags (I suffer very badly and my neck is covered). Zoe took a photo of the area and promised to get back to me with a quote – she did so really quickly and I was booked in soon after. I’ve now had my first treatment and the results are amazing – several skin tags have already fallen off. Zoe was so professional and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning for my next treatment and already thinking about what I might get done next!

🌟Hayfever life savers! 🌟 Over recent years I have been using another local aesthetics company but this year they have de-regisrered and are no longer offering the hayfever injection. In all honesty I didn't know where else to go locally so I had a look on Google and found Look Natural Aesthetics who have been fantastic throughout. Firstly I emailed to ask if it was something they offered and enquired about the cost (cheaper then where I used to go i might add). I received a prompt response from Zoe and organised an appointment. What struck me most in the first instance was the carefully consideration they gave to my circumstances and if they thought I was suitable for the injection. On the afternoon of the injection the clinic was very easy to find, plenty of parking and very clean. Upon arrival I sat down and again discussed the procedure with Dr Gower (Simon) and Zoe. I felt very relaxed throughout, probably due to their relaxed approach and the process was over in minutes and I was on my way. The morning after the injection I received an email from Dr Gower simply to ask how I was after the injection and if i had any issues to get in touch. I think whats most apperant is, yes it is a business but Dr Gower and Zoe obviously really care about their customers which isn't always the case these days. Overall I'd have no hesitation to recommend Look Natural Aesthetics to family and friends and I will return next year for my next hayfever injection. Thanks again.

I recently met Zoe and Simon for the first time and wow, such kind and professional people. I felt at ease and comfortable from the moment I met them both. Highly knowledgeable when it comes to all treatments which again I found very reassuring. Zoe and Simon took the time to discuss the treatment which would be most beneficial for the look as I wanting to achieve and which one would be best for my skin overall. Couldn’t be happier with the results! Highly recommend to everyone. X
