After a lot of research into dermatology clinics, I made the right choice with this one. From my very first interaction with Loretta over email, the experience was excellent – her replies were fast, clear and sympathetic. When I arrived, she welcomed me with the same warmth and professionalism. Dr. Inna was equally impressive: calm, competent and thorough throughout the consultation and treatment. She instilled complete confidence and made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The combination of professionalism, empathy, and genuine care from both Loretta and Dr. Inna made this a simply outstanding experience. I cannot recommend enough.

I’ve had such an amazing experience London Real Skin.. I have a course of 3x hydrafacials pre-wedding. The treatments were lovely, very relaxing and tweaked every session to suit the needs of my skin, I come out glowing every time! With minimal to no downtime, they say your skin can purge after but I didn’t experience anything like that myself. My therapist Leigh was an absolute gem! Such a kind and gentle manner, open and honest with my about treatments, and a great agony aunt for all my wedding stresses. I will be recommending the clinic and Leigh to all my friends and family!

If you want results, I cannot recommend London Real Skin enough and my favorite aesthetician, Leigh. She has transformed my skin to the point where my skin looks presentable without any makeup on. I started with a skin consultation where I learned that I was doing way too much and none of it was right for my skin type (thanks influencers ugh). Leigh helped me understand what works vs doesnt work for my skin and created a weekly skin routine that actually saved me money and has made my skin look incredible. She also recommended at-home tricks to help with anti-aging that have made a huge difference. Then I pair that with a monthly hydra facial today give me that extra boost and make my skin truly glow. Since coming here, I have been asked by many friends, family and strangers what I’m doing bc it’s that noticeably good. HUGE thank you to Leigh and the team! I would recommend them to everyone who cares about their skin and is looking for real results.
