Needed to see a dentist as had a cracked tooth/filling. Moonis, my usual dentist, who is so good, was fully booked so was offered an appointment with Faryal. I was quite apprehensive as I don't like to change my dentist. She listened to what I had to say and she explained what she was doing and was done so quickly with no discomfort at all. Thank you soo much! *****

Rashi is an outstanding dentist for whom I have the very highest praise. She crowned two front teeth and put a veneer on another one and quite frankly the treatment has been exemplary. She is quite literally a very safe pair of hands. I look forward to smiling again with confidence for the first time in years.

I’ve just had my regular check up followed by a hygienist appointment. I have been with this dental practice for at least seven years and I am very satisfied with the dental care I have been receiving as a NHS patient. Catherine, the Practice Manager and the first point of contact at the reception is always very helpful. Rashi Girdhar, my dentist, is fantastic at explaining any dental issues and informing about options for treatment. Even my child who sees Rashi claimed ‘I love going to the dentist’ while sitting in the dental chair during the last visit. Hygienist Tracey Farquharson advised me how to look after my gums and her advice resolved the issue I had with bleeding gums. I also appreciate the prompt and affordable care I received when I damaged my front teeth after I had a fall in 2023.

As possibly one of the most nervous patients they've seen, they are brilliant. From phoning up to make an appointment, to seeing me, to treatment plan, they are brilliant. So gentle, so calming, so patient and understanding.

I used this dentist as I wanted just a simple bit of composite bonding to cover a small gap but I now wish that I didn't bother. After what has been 4 appointments spanning over 5 months for just a simple procedure, my tooth is now in a much worse state than before. Each appointment was spent trying to fix the mess that was created in the last, due to the bonding being a completely different size to the rest of my teeth as well as the colour being a completely different shade to the rest of my teeth. After all this time, I decided last week that enough was enough and just asked them to remove the bonding as they clearly could not get it right, only for them to then shave off nearly half of my actual tooth with the bonding leaving a huge gap now. Since then they bodged a bit of bonding to try and cover the gap until I wait to see them again and this has already fallen off. The standard of treatment throughout has been extremely poor and I have lost all faith in them being able to resolve it.

I have been blown away by the outstanding service I have received over the past two years at this practice. Every single member of staff is welcoming , polite and professional. Each visit , I am welcomed with a smile . My Invisalign treatment has been a huge success and though out the process my experience has been exceptional. I have been attending this dental practice for over a year now and it’s only been the last 6 months I have been confident enough to start work on my smile, and teeth due to first I needed a root canal. All I can say is I was so scared, but my Dentist “DR MOONIS” was incredible, I have build up a close bond as he has been so understanding and caring of my worries but I didn’t feel a thing, a root canal is performed in 2 stages and the second stage he said I won’t need a numbing injection as I won’t feel it and he was completely correct. Now after that is done we are now move on to correction of my smile, and the best part is he talks you through each stage in great detail and doesn’t just do the work and leave you for a next check up, he cares truly for his work and clients and I’m truly grateful he is my dentist as the work he has done is amazing, once my teeth are finished I will up load a before and after. He has his work cut out with my teeth. :)
