I arrived at Harmony Medical in a state of profound distress, following a near-life-threatening episode caused by a sudden occlusion. Visibly shaken and overwhelmed, I was immediately met by Dr Ayah, whose exceptional expertise, unflappable composure, and empathetic professionalism instantly instilled a deep sense of trust and reassurance. With remarkable precision and unwavering integrity, Dr Ayah focused intently on resolving the critical issue at hand. Importantly, she did so without attributing blame to the prior external providers whose actions had contributed to my condition—a demonstration of an exemplary standard of professional conduct. Witnessing the steadfast commitment of both Dr Ayah and Jigna to ethical practice and their profound embodiment of the duty of care was profoundly inspiring. I had a skincare consultation with Dr. Ayah and it was an excellent experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, taking the time to explain the fundamentals of skincare in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Ayah was also very welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the consultation. I left feeling much more confident about how to take care of my skin. Highly recommend!

Had to jump back on here to give a shout out to Jigna. She has absolutely transformed my skin. I went from having massive eczema and needing to use Protopic (iykyk) to having calm and clear skin (and no longer needing Protopic). Everyone here is super talented, and I am thrilled my skin health is in Jigna’s talented and caring hands. She’s a real miracle worker!

Went to see Dr Farah in the Harley street clinic, she’s fab; effortlessly friendly, super understanding and helpful, with lots of expertise and knowledge, and an experienced hand! Can’t wait to go back for the checkup and further adjustments :) (One thing to note is that Harmony Medical itself is a little confusing to find as there are many clinics practising out of the same building in Harley st, but that’s not enough to deduct a star!)

Farah and the team at Harmony are amazing! I previously had a consultation with Farah where she learnt and listened about my worries, I then recieved such a detailed plan for my skincare and plan going forwards. The skincare has been incredible, I was struggling with eczema breakouts and I can’t explain how much my new skin care routine has helped!! I then went in for chin filler with Farah, I was sooo nervous as I hate needles but I was made to feel at ease the second I walked in and the whole process was easy, painless and just nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Farah put some music on for me and chatted to me throughout; I honestly cannot recommend Harmony enough, I’m soo pleased with the results so far and will definitely be returning!!

Very impressed with the scientific approach to treating skin concerns. All staff are very personable, knowledgeable and skilful. They listen to these concerns, analyse skin and suggest a 'skin' plan. After treating my skin, Farah has had a wonderful impact. It is much less red, plumped out and smooth. Thank you Farah!

The team at Harmony is top tier. Farah is so knowledgeable and her way of deep diving into the science to explain to the client about their condition is impressive. Looking forward to continuing my treatment with her and seeing the improvements.
