I visited Natalie today for the first time. The clinic is beautiful, very welcoming, chic and comfortable. The gentleman who greeted me at reception was warm and friendly. I was very nervous about having fillers as my previous experience did not go well. Natalie made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. She is very knowledgeable and talks you through the whole process. To my surprise I did not experience any pain, just the feeling of a small scratch and some pressure. I am so happy with the results which are subtle yet effective. Natalie is like a little fairy that sprinkles some dust and makes you look 20 years younger. I am lucky to have found a wonderful and skilled artist, who is trustworthy and gentle. I've already booked my next appointment for Botox. Natalie is truly amazing at what she does and is someone who I have recommend to my friends and family and they are all obsessed with her work too. I don’t write reviews often but Natalie is genuinely gifted at what she does and deserves to be recognised. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease especially since I get so nervous around needles, she’ll listen to you and understands what you want, and will even advise you when something is not needed. Her results are always natural looking which is exactly what I wanted. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Her place is exceptionally clean and I have been coming to her for my treatments for the past year and a half and I will always stick with her because she really is the best of the best.
