Gold Medical Centre - Private GP Enfield

I came to this clinic for a blood test and a follow up consultation with Dr Angelis. In the last several months I have been experiencing some symptoms which have worried me as I have a fit and healthy lifestyle. I had hoped to get some answers and perhaps a referral to a specialist from what I thought would be a knowledgeable and trustworthy doctor, what I got instead was medical negligence! Dr Angelis decided to put all my healthcare issues down to “stress” even when I specifically made it clear that I am not stressed, the only concern I have are these new health issues. I came away feeling completely ignored, dismissed and scammed after spending £380 at this clinic. Since the appointment I have sort out further tests and care elsewhere and have been diagnosed with a serious health condition, something I actually raised to Dr Angelis due to one of my blood test results and he brushed it off as nothing. The laziness in his medical approach has left me shocked with disbelief. I raised a complaint with the clinic and they have dismissed me at every opportunity, they even sent me doctor’s notes with false information which was typed after my complaint was filed with them. I am astounded at the serious lack of comprehensive care this clinic provides. I would not recommend this medical centre and would avoid at all costs. Further complaint has been made to the CQC as I don’t wish for what has happened to me to happen to anyone else! EDIT (in reply to centre response below): Misdiagnosing a patient’s serious health condition and putting it down to “stress” is serious medical negligence, it is not a simple matter of not agreeing with a doctors advice. The CQC is now investigating this clinic due to incompetent care.

I had such a great experience yesterday at my appointment. The reception team are extremely welcoming and helpful, and Dr Marilena and Dr Christos are world-class at what they do. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none and it's extremely rare to come across a clinic with this level of wisdom, care and integrity. I highly recommend them

I just had 3 small moles removed, and I’m really happy at the service through Gold Medical Centre. The staff were very friendly, professional and I’m really pleased at how they look. Thank you ❤️
