Facial Perfection Derby

I was impressed after reading the reviews on here, so was keen to get in touch. I could not see on their website if they offered eyebrow hair transplants so sent an enquiry. I received an automated message on WhatsApp that someone would be calling me, but I replied advising I was at work so could it be via message. No reply. The following day I receive a message from an employee called Sally saying they do not provide this service but offered hair stimulation treatment. I advised I did not want this as it was an area of no growth, so needed a transplant. I asked if their surgeons could signpost me to any other practices (as you would assume reputable surgeons have a network of other surgeons or practices). I received a reply saying they could not help. Left disappointed, I spent time finding another practice for the treatment. Over a week later, I receive an email from Facial Perfection advising that they have passed on my details to the hair clinic team and they will be in touch shortly, indicating they could offer the treatment. I replied advising that I was confused by the email as Sally had already advised you did not provide this treatment and could not sign post me. That was over a week ago and no response. Since then, I have been receiving emails and WhatsApp messages with their offers for facial treatment (which I have not enquired about). I am not only disappointed by the poor level of customer service, but also concerned that they are using my data for marketing.

First time visiting today, had a great consultation followed by a treatment. Friendly staff and Dr Davinia was absolutely fantastic.

Dr Divinia is amazing, she’s so knowledgeable and calm. I’ve had Botox a few times and it’s always hurt a little bit but with Divinia I barely felt a thing.
