I had botox treatment by a non medical practitioner. I believe due to incorrect injection placement this caused one of my brows to drop and the other one was hyperactive! I waited for the 2 week period to see if there was any improvement. But unfortunately this was not the case, if anything it gotten worse, watery eyes and the eyelid became heavy and a terrible pain. At this stage I panicked and got in touch with Dr Nabila, she was kind enough to give me an emergency appointment. I had a thorough consultation with Dr Nabila and she was able to assess my situation quickly and determine the correct injection points and dosage. She made me feel reassured and comfortable and carried out the touch up. At this point I realised that it is crucial to select a skilled and experienced medical professional who understands facial anatomy and injection techniques to minimise the risk of complications. I am extremely thankful to Dr Nabila not only for the best course of action but also for her commitment and support to check up on me the next day. I am very happy with the results. Had such a positive and reassuring experience with face studio clinics today! Jaya on the reception was lovely and welcoming. Dr Mariam did my treatment and made sure I was well informed, comfortable and happy the whole time! I’m so happy with the results!!

As a dentist, I was very hesitant to visit a dental clinic here in Birmingham. I went and saw Dr. Mariam for a tooth restoration. It was probably my best experience at a clinic. Dr. Mariam was professional, and very personable. She has an excellent technique and an eye for details. She took her time and the result was excellent. I didn’t need to ask for any adjustments (which is a rare occurrence being a dentist myself, I tend to nitpick at things) The clinic is super clean and calm, the staff is professional and warm. 10/10 experience overall.

It was my first time visiting the clinic on Saturday and i was so pleased that I found Face Studio Clinic. I had a hygienist and airflow appointment with Anwar. He was very informative and explained each step whilst cleaning my teeth. I was so pleased with the airflow treatment and could notice a difference in the stains on my composites. I’m so pleased I have been able to find a hygienist that I can visit on a regular basis to maintain a healthy smile. I have another appointment in a few weeks for a check up and consultation and I have no doubt I will have the same great experience!

Beautiful clinic with lovely staff! Highly recommend! Have had dental work done here and they have always made me feel calm and relaxed during any procedures. Will be returning soon for more dental work and also considering some facial treatments in the future as I have only heard amazing things from others who have had treatments done here
