I had a lovely treatment yesterday with Emma, who is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel completely at ease. She takes the time to explain everything and tailor the experience to what my skin needs. Highly recommend!

I’ve come to elements for roughly 20 years - and never ever been disappointed in anything I’ve had done. The girls are so professional and not pushy with any of their treatments. I always get the best advice for what’s best for me. And Lucy is just the most beautiful person ever she always makes me feel very welcome and comfortable and always does an amazing job !!

Yet another excellent trip to Elements! Firstly, admiring the 'high end' decor and secondly, being greeted by the smiling reception team. Our appointment was with Cheryl R who came to collect us from reception on time. Although we've seen Cheryl on numerous occasions, she still went through all aspects of the procedure. I've struggled with spider veins and rosacea on my nose for a while and have had many procedures to have them removed, but none were successful. A friend recommended IPL laser, and after doing some research, I found Elements Medical. ​ The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. As someone with autism, ADHD, OCD, and dyslexia, social situations can be quite daunting. However, my practitioner, Emma, made me feel welcome and safe and carefully guided me through the procedure. We had a very good talk about horses and horse riding. ​ The reception staff are also kind and helpful and always greet you with a smile. I appreciate that they don't assume pronouns and address everyone respectfully. They made me feel welcome and didn't try to pressure me into other procedures, which is a common experience at other places. Emma did an amazing job on my nose and after just one treatment I feel more confident already! ​The waiting room is very clean and modern. For a second, you forget you're still in the UK. ​While a five-star rating is the minimum, I would easily give them a 10 if possible. Thank you for the amazing service. I would definitely recommend Elements Medical to anyone who wants celebrity-level treatment at half the price. You won't regret it.

I have started laser hair removal, the results after one treatment are phenomenal! My consultant Emma was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The procedure is quick and relatively pain free! I can see me booking more areas for hair removal!

My experience of Elements was great, from walking through the door the reception staff are so friendly and the check in process was very simple and explained very well. I had my hayfever injection with Shelley and she was fantastic, very chatty, made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommend.. Thanks!

The clinic is exceptionally run. Front of house always incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. I've had treatments with Rikki for years and travel at least 2 hrs to see her. She always advises me what I need for a freshen up, I never feel pushed for anything additional, and I truly appreciate her experience and knowledge. You hear that contagious laugh in the building, and you instantly feel relaxed and in good hands. Fabulous in my 50th year (with the little help of Rikki).
