I just had consultation with this clinic and the consultant didn’t even smile at me for a second looking at me with a strict face which made me feel very uncomfortable. Also gave me the price twice more than I was quoted as a starting price over the phone , spoke to me strict I felt like very uncomfortable. I just walked away from the consultation I do not recommend didn’t make me feel welcome at all.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this so-called high-end laser salon was so disappointing that I feel it’s important to share. First off, we were left waiting for 20 minutes with no apology or explanation. When Migena finally called us in, she seemed confused about what I wanted, questioning my request and clearly not listening. I told her I was interested in treatment for my face and neck—she responded with “face and double chin.” That comment was not only unnecessary, it was incredibly inappropriate and hurtful. You do not comment on someone’s body like that—especially not in a clinical or professional setting where clients are already coming in vulnerable and seeking help. The way Migena casually labeled a part of my body in such a judgmental tone was degrading. I left feeling self-conscious and ashamed, when I came in looking for support and care. To make matters worse, she then informed us that the laser machine wasn’t even working—after we had travelled over an hour for this appointment. There was no courtesy call, no heads-up. Just a shrug and “machine’s not working.” Completely unacceptable. Then came more confusion. Migena told us we’d need to pay upfront for a future appointment, when I was clearly there for a patch test only. I explained that I would only book a treatment if the patch test went well. She changed her mind and said “ah, it’s ok then.” Honestly, the entire exchange was disorganised and unprofessional. Most upsetting of all was Migena’s cold, unfriendly demeanor. As new clients, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than welcomed. Do you know how much courage it takes to walk into a clinic like this and ask for help with something that makes you feel insecure? To then be met with judgment, confusion, and subtle body shaming is just unacceptable. I shared my experience with the lovely receptionist, who genuinely seemed to care and assured me that the manager would call me to follow up. It’s now been a week, and I’ve heard nothing. No call, no apology, no effort to make things right. Just more disappointment. Salons like this need serious retraining in customer service and empathy—especially when dealing with women who have saved up for these expensive treatments and are trusting you with their confidence and self-esteem. I left that appointment feeling worse about myself than when I arrived. That should never happen.
