Extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had a surgery scheduled and I called and emailed ahead to say I’d be ten minutes late, and the secretary said it was no problem. Yet when I arrived, Dr. Mokbel had already left - without any attempt to call me, even though I was waiting downstairs in the clinic. No one seemed to know where she was or what was going on. I even took time off work for this important biopsy appointment that I’ve been waiting a month for. On my last visit, I waited 45 minutes for Dr. Mokbel, but she couldn’t wait ten for me. Her staff, however, were wonderful and handled the situation as best they could — but the lack of care and professionalism from the doctor herself was unacceptable. I still haven’t even received a call from the Doctor apologizing.

I saw Dr Mokbel at short notice. Although the preliminary analysis was worrying, her professional judgment and advice was spot on. She arranged a procedure without delay and involved an expert plastic surgeon Dr Dominic Yue. Together they have looked after me, been attentive to my worries and concerns and because of this speedy intervention, I now am well on the way to being restored to good health. The team at Dr Mokbel’s clinics have been warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.
