I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience that I felt I had to share. I had a poorly closed surgical scar on my chest from over 13 years ago from a previous operation, and after consulting with other doctors who gave me underwhelming advice, I finally found Dr. Helen Forrester. She immediately knew exactly what to do, and her confidence and clear explanation made me feel so reassured. She did an incredible job removing the old scar, and closed it so neatly that the result is better than I ever imagined. I was awake during the procedure, but felt no pain at all — she was gentle, kind, and talked me through everything. It also went by quickly and smoothly. The clinic has such a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care and the outcome. I’m so grateful and highly recommend them.
