Divine Aesthetic Clinic

So thought I’d leave a honest review about the 2 areas Botox I received from divine beauty Aesthetic clinic administered by Dr Sonia Lee. I visited the clinic for a Mother’s Day treat for 3 areas Botox. I went to the clinic in March for 3 areas Botox, when I got there Sonia advised I only needed 2 areas not 3 as I’d previously booked..Great I thought. After the 1st appointment it removed a degree of the horrendous frown line that I have. Sonia advised to go back in for top up, 3 weeks later. (in total 6 visits to divine beauty from march -June) I wasn’t very happy with the results and expressed my concerns when I went in for my top up, Dr Sonia Lee said my body is breaking down the Botox faster than normal this is why I don’t have the expected results. Dr Sonia Lee administered more Botox so the areas and advised she’s ordered a different product to use. Went back in 3 weeks later as advised, the alternative Botox had not got shipped correctly, so the previous Botox was used again. Again advised to go back in 3 weeks, by this point there were some very bad folds above my eye. When returning to the salon I was told it was because I needed a face lift, I had excess skin… I don’t btw. Botox administered again. Told to return in 3 weeks. By the very end of all of these appointments, I’ve now been left with a hanging eyebrow and half vision out of said eye due to brow pitosis. I had previously emailed multiple times to express my concerns with Divine Beauty and Dr Sonia Lee about the Botox i had received but after 6 comments from people asking if I’d had a stroke. I contacted divine beauty aesthetics Laura responded promptly with the reply that Sonia is self employed and has her own liability insurance even tho knowingly uses divine aesthetics to work from. After being asked to wait while the company’s. seek advise on how to deal with this and got a reply of i do not agree that the treatment was performed below a reasonable standard. Unfortunately, the positive results from the treatment are temporary. You had multiple review appointments with additional doses of the Bocouture. You received a total of 248 units of Bocouture and we were already unable to cover the cost of the product with your initial payment of £280. As a valued client, we have tried our best to work with your suspected product sensitivity and have even ordered a different product just for you to try, at our expense. Fortunately, given the time since the last treatment, almost all the product would have broken down and the effects worn off. So now it’s now August and the effects still haven’t fully worn off. The moral of the story is before you have Botox done I would personally advise to do a little homework before you rush into a clinic and get any procedure done as the side effects if they go wrong can cause a massive impact on your day-to-day life and mental health.

I cannot rate Laura highly enough. I have used laser clinics before with mixed and disappointing results. What a world of difference when I went to see Laura at Divine. Firstly I had to have some patch testing which no other clinics have ever done. When I returned for my treatment her attention to detail was amazing. Laura even protected my moles with a cream before starting( again I have never had this before ). Laura was constantly checking to see if I was in comfortable with the treatment procedure. Laura took over an hour to treat me when other salons did the exact same areas in less than 20 minutes total. I have already had excellent results with very little regrowth. I would have no hesitation in recommending Divine Aesthetic clinic to anyone.

Very informative and friendly. I feel comfortable around Laura and not worried about any treatment be it nails or hair removal. So looking forward to not having to shave my bikini line, legs and arms this summer 😊 I've put a few examples of my recent nails Rowena has painted.
