Overall a great experience as a HCP training in aesthetics. I undertook the 4 day confident injector package. We learnt along the way there is an art as well as a science with aesthetics and you learn your aesthetic eye so I appreciated the in-person training to learn that. Cut and dry above everything was the kindness, calmness, skill and passion of the trainers. Even as professionals, learning something new can be very daunting and they supported us and encouraged us. I started off day 1 (foundation) nervous and shaking and by all day injecting course I really did feel like a confident injector! I am very excited for what is to come in my future and Derma Medical has given me the confidence to go on and do that so job done. Thank you all, in particular Natasha, Nish, George and Haroon. Also the lovely guard on front desk and your lovely ladies at welcome. You were all a pleasure..

Unfortunately, I am unhappy with my experience. I waited a while before leaving a review because I wanted to be certain about the final outcome. I had eye fillers done by Ashraf and attended two follow-up reviews afterward. During both reviews, I raised concerns about discoloration under my eyes. Sometimes it appeared as hollow or dipped areas, and at other times, I noticed darker lines running parallel to white lines under my eyes. Despite expressing my concerns, I felt gaslighted during both follow-ups. I was repeatedly told that I looked normal, that nothing noticeable was wrong, and that my appearance had improved 'compared' to before the fillers. However, I knew something was off. I’ve had fillers done before and I was over the moon with the results especially not having to wear concealer afterward. This time, not only do I need concealer, but I also have to use a correcting neutralizer first! This never happened with previous filler treatments. After consulting other professionals, conducting more research, and reflecting on the situation, I realized I had developed the Tyndall effect. I’m deeply disappointed that an experienced injector like Ashraf failed to acknowledge this issue. It was quite apparent, yet instead of addressing it, he seemed unwilling to recognize or learn from the situation. For a practitioner, it’s essential to assess and review their work honestly and learn from their mistakes, rather than maintain the illusion that they are infallible. I understand that the Tyndall effect has no solution other than dissolving the filler, but I dislike hyaluronidase, so my only option is to wait for the filler to fade naturally. I am very disappointed and left feeling unhappy. I had previously promised myself that I wouldn’t let anyone gaslight me again, yet unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here. Any professional assessing my eyes now can clearly and immediately see that I’ve developed the Tyndall effect, particularly in my left eye. I’ve learned that this could be due to overfilling, injecting too superficially, or possibly the product used not being suitable for my skin, as it was my first time with this particular filler. I cannot lie to myself anymore. Can't deny that I’m not happy with the outcome. I am just not happy.

I have been coming to Derma Medical for some years now and very happy all the time with results. Very good and professional lead Doctors in the room all the time. I had the pleasure of having Dr Natasha Murcott and the team that was training yesterday Sat 25th Jan 2025. They were all amazing, made me feel very comfortable despite being nervous. I had nose filler and they were regularly asking me how I felt and if I was happy with where they were injection the fillers. If you have Natasha or any other lead Dr here you are in very safe hands. Very happy with my results and the team practicing was 10/10 and wouldn't go anywhere else for fillers. Highly recommend DM for treatments! 😃 Hanane.
