Clinical Director Rebecca "Nurse Becky" Higgs is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner. She holds a nursing degree (2011) and completed a Masters in Non-Medical Prescribing (2021). With over 16 years' nursing experience and eight years leading Cosmetica, she has specialist training in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters and microneedling and is NMC-registered.

Cosmetica Medical Aesthetics provides nurse-led anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, jawline, tear troughs), non-surgical facial contouring including non-surgical rhinoplasty, skin boosters and polynucleotide therapies, microneedling, plasma fibroblast, fat-dissolving treatments, laser hair removal and medical-grade Obagi skincare. The clinic follows a holistic, skin-first philosophy with personalised treatment plans and safety-led injectable techniques.

Based in Westcliff-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea (Essex), Cosmetica serves patients across Southend and wider Essex.
