I have been coming here for a long time now and all I can say is AMAZING 🤩 you always get a friendly welcome from the staff and always there to help and give good advice. Penny has built a great team and business and I would not go for treatment anywhere else because of this. Dr Tara Khazim is absolutely amazing, she takes great pride in her work and so she should. Every appointment I've had more information and advice on beauty treatments to do at home, and she listens to each client and there individual needs. I am very impressed with her work. They have a wide variety of treatment's and beauty products. I would highly recommend this place ☺️

Please don’t waste your money. I came to CHC Aesthetics with concerns about stubborn fat around my thighs. I booked a free consultation, hoping to get honest advice on whether any treatment could genuinely help or if it would be best to simply accept it. During the consultation, I was told that fat freezing wasn’t suitable for me. Instead, I was strongly advised to purchase a bespoke treatment that supposedly used multiple machines for “targeted results.” I was told very firmly that I must purchase six sessions, otherwise I wouldn’t see any results and would end up disappointed. That kind of pressure should have been my first red flag. I decided to trust the advice and paid £599 for the full package. Unfortunately, I’ve been extremely disappointed. The sessions mainly consisted of me lying there for nearly an hour with heated plates attached to my legs with 3 sessions followed by around five minutes of electromagnetic pulses. The inner area of my knees and front of the thighs were not addressed, I was expecting a more personalised and balanced approach, especially after being told it would be “bespoke.” As my final session approached, I raised my concerns via email with Penny (who gave me the initial consultation). She assured me she’d be there during my last appointment to discuss everything. She didn’t show up. When I mentioned it to the practitioner, I was told they didn’t know anything about it. After that session, I was promised that someone would contact me, but no one ever did. I followed up with another email to Penny and received no response. I was also told by the practitioner that I’d be sent before-and-after photos so I could assess any changes, only to find out that there were no “before” photos in the first place. Since finishing my treatment, I’ve been completely ignored. It’s been over two months now, no follow-up, no emails, no phone calls, no explanation, no care. The only messages I’ve received from CHC Aesthetics are promotional offers. It’s honestly heartbreaking to see a business operate this way. They were quick to take £600 and to insist I needed all six sessions, but when the promised results didn’t appear, they disappeared completely. There has been no duty of care, no communication, and no accountability. Please, don’t waste your money here. There are clinics out there that genuinely care about their clients and stand behind their services, sadly, this isn’t one of them.

A professional, friendly salon, I felt at ease immediately. Having discussed my requirements with Lilly, my therapist, a Hydra Facial was recommended. The treatment was relaxing and more importantly to me, the result was amazing. My skin appeared rejuvenated. It was plumped and glowing. Extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this salon for its kind, knowledgeable staff and also for the results driven treatment provided in a clean, comfortable environment. Thank you.
