I have been a patient here , all I can say is I have been ripped off, and would not recommend Dr Holt. It's all about the money. Have been overcharged 3 x the price of what I should normally have paid and I think I have also been misled. If I could give 0 stars I would. And before Dr Holt or the clinic says that they don't recognise me as a patient or that I am not a real patient, well I am, and I have evidence to prove it. Thoroughly regret my experience. And I haven't even got to the final results, which was disappointing and not what was promised. I'm so upset, anyways the least I can do is warn everyone else of my experience, so that it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I honestly can’t recommend Cambridge Laser Clinic enough. I’ve started tattoo removal with Dr Nathan Holt. I’ve only had two sessions so far, but the difference already is amazing. Way better than I expected this early on. Dr Nathan is brilliant. A proper expert, but also just a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. He explained everything clearly from the start, no jargon, just straight-up information that made me feel totally comfortable. It’s not the easiest treatment to go through, but the way he works makes it far more tolerable. You can tell he really cares and takes pride in what he does - you never feel rushed or like you're just another number. The clinic itself is spotless, calm, and professional without being clinical. The other members of staff are also lovely and make sure everything runs smoothly - you feel looked after from the moment you walk in. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now. This place really is the gold standard for laser treatments. Five stars, hands down.

I’m so glad to have found Dr Nathan. My reddish / purple self-harm scars are nearly completely gone in one session. I can now walk freely without covering up with long sleeves. I would highly recommend Dr Nathan Holt and this clinic for their help and professionalism to anyone with any type of scars.

I am extremely pleased with my recent experience at the Cambridge Laser Clinic. I had ablative laser for my acne scarring a few weeks ago and can't believe how good the results of the laser have been. Dr. Holt is extremely skilled technically and also very friendly. He and his staff helped make the whole experience easy and pleasant. For the weeks leading up to the laser treatment, Natasha explained the preparation steps to me in a way that was crystal clear. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with at the clinic made the whole experience pleasant and easy. Price wise, my procedure was very reasonable if I compare it to other high-quality clinics. Dr. Holt performed fractional laser on my acne scars several years ago, and I decided to come back to his clinic for further laser sessions because he understands his craft really well and is always honest about what can and can't be achieved with each session. Given his extensive experience and standards of excellence, I was sure I was in good hands.
