Had a consultation today with Michelle and I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend Belfast skin clinic, I felt so at ease and listened to. What a beautiful clinic and amazing staff. Cannot wait to start my journey with them. I've had a few appointments now with Dr Clements and can safely say that her and the rest of the staff at the Clinic are brilliant! Very helpful and reassuring when it came to my mole checks and clearly very knowledgeable on the subject. Dr Clements was wonderful and considerate about my concerns and helped ease my anxiety. Very thankful to Dr Black and her friendly colleagues, in particular Mairead and Kelly who looked after us so well in a beautiful clinic. Thorough consultations with information given in a very clear and understanding way, lots of opportunities for questions at no rush & no pressure. Extremely successful surgery, again no sense of rush or time limit with accuracy and excellence clearly being Dr Blacks focus. Superb post-surgery care with follow up calls and an additional appointment fitted in the next day. We did have to wait a while for our appointments, but when it's your turn, you see the other side and valve the attention that time allows, so, with the understanding that you are waiting for excellence, the wait is insignificant, just enjoy the fish and have a coffee. Above and beyond, thank you! Very pleased girl this end, life changing! Highly recommend.

I was disappointed to be told on my arrival, that the review appointment rate had risen from £150 to £210. This is a rise of 40% which is, need I say, well above the current UK inflation rate of 3.6%. I feel this is very unfair. My medical care was exceptional.

Appointment felt rushed and didn’t feel completely listened to. Got some of my questions answered and did get action plan but felt the whole consultation lacked regarding a gaining a comprehensive history and at times I felt some of my questions /concerns were dismissed. Hadn’t even left the consulting room when I got a message that my appointment was over and to give a review! Which again added to the feeling of being rushed. I was disappointed with service as had a much better experience a couple of years ago.

For me, engaging a private medical clinic for laser hair removal was daunting. With hindsight I can say I felt at ease and reassured with Belfast Skin Clinic. Robyn was attentive, tailoring a considered treatment plan. The highly professional but relaxed and personable approach always made me feel comfortable. Robyn is a real asset to the Belfast Skin Clinic. One of the best decisions I made was to choose BSC and I would highly recommend their laser hair removal services.
