Kelly is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and independent prescriber with a BSc in Adult Nursing and postgraduate training in advanced clinical practice, plus RCN‑accredited venepuncture/cannulation, advanced life‑support and e‑IRMER training.

I went to Dr. Kelly's office to inject filler in the nasolabial area, but she injected me in the marionette area with a cannula that left a deformity like two balls on my jaw line. The first time Kelly said it was inflammation from the cannula, then after a month she accepted that there was filler and injected hyaluronidase to dissolve the product. She also promised me that she would inject me again with filler in the nasolabial area at no additional cost. It is known that the hyaluronidase injections do not have the desired effect the first time so they inject again for the desired effect, but when I went to the appointment again, and although I still had deformities on the jaw line although less, Kelly began to vehemently deny that there was some product in the first place and like the jaw line it was before and like she didn't do anything wrong. It was quite shocking to realize that she was contradicting herself with what she accepted only a week ago. She also told me that she no longer injects into my nasolabial line as she promised, which caused me to leave the office extremely upset, shocked and humiliated by the manipulation she seemed to be trying to apply to me as like I was a small child who is not allowed to have an opinion and whose grievances are not only ignored but denied, grievances that were approved by Kelly herself in the previous meeting. It seemed to me that she was enjoying the emotional shock I was in, letting me go from there with no desire to honor shes own mistakes and she’s own promises. Now I have to spend double of money to repair what she had done plus doing the initial treatment I was there in the first place, on my expenses and on my suffering. We go to beauty clinics to improve our little problems and sometimes, we have the misfortune of meeting doctors like Mrs. Kelly who not only do not improve your appearance but deform it more without a trace of responsibility for the mistakes made. The most shocking being the contradiction with herself from one session to the next. Unbelievable that such a thing is possible in the year 2024 in such an educated country as the UK.
