Barbs is an absolute dream! 🫶🏻 She’s such a wonderful, calm, and caring individual who makes you feel exactly how you want to feel within yourself. I can’t express how grateful I am for her magic — the impact she’s had on my skin has been incredible. The difference since being treated by her is remarkable, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. I can’t wait to continue my journey with her; I truly wouldn’t be where I am without her support and guidance. A true specialist through and through — she always goes above and beyond. I booked Sofwave here but couldn’t attend on the day due to travel difficulties. I gave a couple of hours’ notice, yet the clinic still kept the full £200 deposit. For a single missed appointment, this feels excessive and punitive. Their response, suggesting that my reason for cancelling made a difference to whether they kept the money only underlines how arbitrary and unfair the policy is. It left me with the impression that, had I explained myself in a different tone, the outcome might have been different , which is hardly a fair or transparent way of applying a policy. I’ve had advanced cosmetic treatments for over 15 years and have never come across a clinic with zero flexibility to rebook. Most reputable aesthetic clinics either keep a smaller proportion of the fee or allow rescheduling. To take the whole amount when I gave as much notice as possible is unreasonable. Under UK consumer law, cancellation terms should be fair and proportionate, reflecting the clinic’s actual loss. Retaining the entire £200 is out of step with fair consumer practice. It’s also worth noting that, judging from their reviews, much of this clinic’s work is brows and beauty services rather than advanced medical aesthetics. Given their location and the specialist nature of Sofwave, many clients — like me — are likely travelling from further afield. That makes flexibility even more important. This experience left me questioning how fairly clients are treated, and I would not recommend this clinic for advanced treatments.

Brilliant service, start to finish. I was walked through the whole process, the benefits and any after care, very thorough questionnaire prior to treatment to ensure it was the right thing for me, Coral was superb! Super knowledgeable and gave me my B12 injection better than some doctors! 10/10 thank you coral!

My Experience at Beau Clinic – 3D Hairstroke Brows by Charmaine From the callback all the way through to my next‑day appointment, I felt impressed and well looked after. The salon itself—stylish, impeccably clean—gave clear evidence that the clinic and owner take real pride in their work. I was welcomed with a light drink while filling out the paperwork, which immediately helped me settle in. When Charmaine came over, she introduced the process, talked me through what to expect—it felt warm, professional, and reassuring from the start. Though the procedure involves delicate tattooing, it was almost painless—just a little tingling, never uncomfortable. Charmaine regularly applied numbing cream, which really helped. I felt relaxed throughout and fully confident in her skill. What I especially loved: as someone with no previous tattoos, was Charmaine marked up my brows first—with the option to tweak the shape beforehand—so I felt totally in control and safe before anything was done. Yes, the session takes a couple of hours (typical for high‑precision semi‑permanent brows) but it was worth every minute. I could just relax in her careful, artistic hands. Looking at the final outcome… I should’ve done this years ago!

Courteney made me feel very relaxed, the process was explained clearly and any questions answered with a calm confidence, the laser is very powerful and did sting a little in places, I was surprised at how little time my procedure took, I was in and out in about 15 minutes! fabulous. A quick word about the premises if I may. I feel happy to travel some considerable distance because I find the whole building seems purpose built, immaculately clean, tidy and well presented,as are the staff. Everybody also seemed to be happy and contented, that included the customers. I will be visiting again soon and look forward to the experience

I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door. Gemma was very kind and welcoming! I was seen right away. The environment was very clean and relaxing. While eyebrow waxing can be uncomfortable, this was not the case with Gemma. She was very gentle and did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, exactly what I was looking for. I would most definitely come back again as well as recommend! :)

What can I say apart from fabulous! It had taken me years to pluck up courage to have my eyebrows done and Charmaine made the process relaxed and supportive and I am thrilled with the results. I would not go anywhere else.
