I had a great experience at Battersea Smiles! Dr. Kiarash is a fantastic dentist. He is thorough, and genuinely attentive (explaining thoroughly as he works). He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and my new crowns fit really well. A special shoutout to Alessia at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure my crown arrived on time. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference.

Really lovely dentist with a great team. I came for a hygienist appointment which was great and reasonably priced, and they even removed glue on my teeth that I’d had since my braces were removed years ago which no other dentist had done before. Really lovely place!

I’ll be giving two stars simply because everyone has been kind and super nice with my baby and I but let me get into my full experience. For content, I’ve had braces as a teenager and need to wear a retainer now to keep my teeth in place. Retainers break and have to be replaced every few years. Went in for a consultation as my retainer broke. After a few X-rays and scans, the dentist came out with a receipt and breakdown of what the total cost would have been and what I needed to get done. She mentioned that I had to get filling to close up the gap in between my two front teeth (that has opened since the retainer broke, not even 10 days prior my appointment) and that the total included a retainer for my bottom teeth as well. I questioned that as I have never had braces on my bottom teeth and asked if that could be removed as it was a useless thing to do. The price didn’t change and she made me sign the document without amending it. I decided to ask for a second opinion. Saw a different dentist that assured me that I didn’t had to get ANY filling as my teeth would have gone back in place as soon as the new retainer was in. I proceeded with them. The gap closed on his own as I was told. This is just to say to keep in mind that people might just try to take advantage of you, always advocate for yourself and ask for a second opinion. It was such an unpleasant experience and I highly recommend to everyone to look out for another dentist.
