Array Aesthetics Belfast

Not really happy with my recent time at Array. I have been a customer here for several years even before it was on Lisburn Road and overall a good level of care. I went there around 2 weeks ago to see about starting laser treatment - I paid £150 consultation fee. The email received said [ see attached] ''' You will receive a VISIA Skin Analysis, an extremely sophisticated machine which allows us to examine, in depth, various skin features such as: spots, pores, wrinkles, texture, Porphyrins, UV spots, red areas, and brown spots'' - I never received the skin analysis - Dr Storm who I normally don't see - I always see Chris. Was standing up the whole time at consultation with coffee cup in her hand talking about the laser whilst I was sitting down - I didn't want to address this at the time but standing up over someone is quite dominate body language and I didn't really appreciate it but I said nothing. I did book on the day to start end of May for laser. As everything I do with my treatments I then go away and just get some tips and research further. Laser isn't meant to be done at all during summer - for example if you have treatment end of May - but have holiday end of June you should still not have laser as it can damage the work being done..you need to have laser during winter months - at no point was this on their website or during consultation to tell me to wait to winter months specially as my skin even if I had no holidays would be exposed to high sun strength for next 3 months. I called up after this and wanted to just get refund back - they said I couldn't do that. So that was fine I was wanting the new treatment PRF for under eyes which they told me was coming out in 1 month so that was ok and I was happy to transfer deposit to that. I then asked ''will it have my own exosomes , secretomes , mesenchymal stem cells and growth factors in it? I don't want just the plasma spun and put back as some places only do this. '' - as alot of places do it with plasma and the results aren't good..so I needed to know this. I was ignored. I had to ask again - and receptionist emailed to say '' I have spoken to Dr Chris and he states we cannot guarantee that. ''. - Ok so for me there is no point getting PRF under eyes if it isn't done the other way as results won't be good - I thought it was a weird reply from them. Overall I am disappointed in my treatment with them - I have been going there for years but I won't be returning. They are putting money before what's right and what needs to be done for patient.

My experience with Array Aesthetics has been 5star from booking the appointment, attending the consultation and later the actual treatment to the follow up care given. My appointment was with Dr Jude, she is really lovely. Very knowledgeable and honest and she takes time to listen to exactly what it is you want to achieve. I love how Array provide such a wide range of procedures under the same roof, there are so many options for you to get the treatment that will work for you. Dr Jude gave me a prescriptive plan for my needs. I had previously received laser elsewhere that unfortunately was ineffective so I was a little worried that I would go through the same pain and expense for nothing. I needn’t have worried as it was a completely different experience. It wasn’t painful at all, at the most somewhat uncomfortable and already I can see really good results!
