I recently visited London Beauty Clinic and had a wonderful experience! The staff were very welcoming. I had a facial, and the results were fantastic—my skin felt refreshed and radiant. The clinic was clean and calming, will be definitely coming back

Absolutely appalling business. SCAMMERS. I had booked and paid for a facial and when I arrived at my appointment , the clinic was closed and nobody was there for my appointment. I messaged/called the clinic but there was no answer and when they finally replied to my messages, they apologised and promised to give me a refund. However, weeks had passed and still no refund was given and even after messaging the clinic multiple times, they stopped responding and still no refund was given. I kept messaging the clinic, giving them additional time to process the refund but they ignored me completely. I now have no choice but to report them to the Trading Standards and seek legal advice. Awful awful business, do not give them your money

I recently had a Hydrafacial at London Beauty Clinic, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and the results were instant. My skin felt smoother, hydrated, and looked noticeably brighter right after the treatment. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.
