I visited Rachael for first-time lip fillers after reading so many 5* reviews from others. I faint easily and am scared of needles, so had been putting it off for several years. However, Rachael was so patient and gentle with me, and even calmly talked me through every step as she went on, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout.
