Dr Dutta always takes care of me to the best of his ability. He is the first person I have personally experienced who genuinely cares about the lives of his patients, giving a good amount of time in his appointments so nothing feels rushed. So far I have had sculptra and cheek fillers done, and advice about other aspects too. I am made to feel welcomed by him and his wife Wendy who is also lovely and works to ensure I am seen promptly when needed and offers a warm welcome. He is the only one I will let touch my face. We had one hiccup which was a known risk and he worked promptly to resolve it for me for free and regain my confidence back.

I had a burn on the first treatment on the side of my nose and hasn’t gone away after 4 treatments. I called and asked for a refund of one session so I can get Pulse light or a different treatment somewhere else to mitigate the appearance of the burn but the doctor hasn’t helped and denying it. That burn is never gonna disappear and they can’t bother to give a one session refund in return, so sad. I understand it wasn’t deliberate but should compensate clients in such events. You can’t just cause a mark on someone’s face and do nothing about it. I am not happy going back to this clinic and they don’t provide even one session refund for me to get a treatment for that burn somewhere else!

If I could rate Wendy and team 10 stars I would. I have never felt in better hands than when I’m at Aesthetic Beauty Centre. From the first consultation, through to the treatment aftercare, Wendy will walk you through each step and will answer any questions you may have. I’ve had a range of treatments, from laser, hydra facials and hair removal. All have delivered fabulous results and I couldn’t recommend Aesthetic Beauty Centre more. I had VASER liposuction on my "love handles" 6 weeks ago at the centre and I must say that the clinic was fantastic from the get go... I enquired about the surgery on the website and they got straight back in touch with me and booked me in for a free consultation with Dr Dutta. During my consultation Dr Dutta went through everything I was to expect during and after the surgery. I left feeling confident and well informed and knew I had finally found the place that I wanted to go ahead with the surgery. The day of my surgery came and I wasn't anxious at all, the staff at the Newcastle clinic were fantastic and my surgery was over before I knew it. The aftercare started immediately after surgery with some tea and toast and me not leaving until the Staff and Dr Dutta felt comfortable that I was OK. The aftercare advice was given by Dr Dutta and his wife Wendy (Lead Nurse) which added that personal touch to my treatment. I was given both their direct contact numbers and had to ring Dr Dutta that evening to check in with him to make sure everything was alright. I have since had several check up appointments at the Sunderland clinic where the service has remained 5 star by all the staff I have encountered. I could not be happier with not only the service I have received at the aesthetic beauty centre, but the results, which speak for themselves. It's more than I could have hoped for. Only my close friends and family know about my surgery and they have all marvelled at the results! If you're looking for a 5 star surgeon and 5 star service with that extra personal touch then this centre is your ideal destination. I will not go anywhere else if I decide to undergoe any additional surgery. A few friends have even asked for the surgery details as they are considering it themselves. CK
