I started getting my lip filled because I have a plate for my top teeth. My new plate left the area above my top lip an awful shape. After being treated with another therapist who got needle happy leaving me with horrible over filled lip's. I went to Duvessa. She talked me through the dissolving process & we started it. I was so nervous after being dismissed with my previous therapist. Duvessa was amazing. She took her time & changed her needle several times knowing I bruise & swell easily. After allowing two weeks from dissolving to refill I began my journey with Duvessa. I wanted a natural looking lip. She was amazing & delivered exactly what I asked for. I can’t recommend her highly enough. I have attached photos of my overfilled lips, the dissolved lip & how they look now 💋

Highly recommend the clinic and in particular, Duvessa, who I had the diamond glow facial with recently. I instantly saw the difference in my skin! My pores were much clearer and my complexion was glowing. Unfortunately, I developed some swelling in my face in the following days. I contacted Duvessa for advice. After providing some products to treat my face in the initial fews days while we monitored how my skin responded to antihistamine. She then invited me back to the salon and carried out a soothing facial mask and treated me with the led face mask, at no further expense to me. My skin settled down and looked amazing afterwards. It was glowing! Duvessa provided wonderful aftercare for me and kept in regular contact with me throughout. I felt very reassured that I had chosen such a professional clinic who could take care of me so well. I would book the diamond glow facial again and was not discouraged by the unfortunate reaction I took.

I contacted Duvessa for advice after anti wrinkle treatment i received elsewhere. She had a lot of time and patience explaining the treatment and how she conducts the procedure which made my concerns disappear.
