Dr Dinesh Maini qualified at the University of Leicester in 1991 and trained as a GP in Nottingham. As Zenith’s senior doctor he holds membership of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (MBCAM), has held full membership of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors (BACD) and is associated with the British Medical Laser Association (BMLA). He has longstanding clinical experience in aesthetic medicine and played a leading role in the early development of laser liposuction and BodyTite techniques in the UK, bringing medical oversight to complex procedures.

Zenith offers a comprehensive range of surgical and non‑surgical facial and body treatments, including anti‑wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, surgical rhinoplasty and facelifts, body contouring (BodyTite, VASER, liposuction), non‑surgical facelifts (AccuTite/FaceTite/NeckTite), and advanced skin resurfacing (CO2, Fractora, Fraxel, Morpheus8), plus mole/xanthelasma removal, PRP and laser hair therapies.
