I contacted the clinic regarding a personal situation and communicated with Blayne via email. Although I wasn’t able to proceed with treatment for several reasons, Blayne never let that limit the support he offered. Despite my circumstances making me unsuitable for treatment, he went above and beyond—providing detailed information, multiple options, and thoughtful responses throughout. It wasn’t a case of unwillingness on my part, but rather unsuitability. Still, Blayne remained consistently professional, helpful, and polite in every interaction. I genuinely feel it’s worth leaving a review to acknowledge how brilliant he was throughout our online communication.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible care I received from Tracey and her team. As someone who’s always been nervous about dental visits, I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The staff was so friendly and empathetic, and Tracey made sure to explain everything thoroughly, which helped ease my anxiety. After a month of having to rely on painkillers daily, I’m finally pain-free! It’s such a relief. I also really appreciated the thoughtful follow-up texts from Tracey, checking in on me to make sure I was okay. It truly shows how much they care about their patients. Thank you!

I have been on the hospital waiting list for 2 years to have my wisdom tooth out, my own dentist said he couldn’t do it hence been referred to the hospital. I get really painful infections flare up every so often. Last night I was in agony with an infection in my wisdom tooth and was told to give Tracey a message so I did at about 9pm. She met me at her clinic at 7.45am this morning and within 15 minutes she had looked, X-rayed me, numbed me and taken my infected tooth out! No pain at all. Lovely caring and very professional as was all the team. Thank you so much.

Don't even know where to start!!! The service from start to finish from Tracy, James and all the team is utterly incredible. Before going to Tracy, I had a huge fear of the dentist and had neglected my teeth for at least 10 years. I initially needed a wisdom tooth removed back in September and to my surprise I didn't feel a thing and the tooth was out within 5 minutes!! I was in and out from start to finish within 20 minutes with zero pain. I had zero pain afterwards as well as Tracy carefully explained what I needed to do afterwards. I started to get some pain in a lower tooth in December, Tracy saw me the same day and explained I needed a root canal with some further fillings. I had the root canal completed a few days later and also the fillings done 2 weeks afterwards. Tracy had also cleaned my teeth thoroughly and checked for any other issues. I feel comfortable going to the dentist now which is something I never saw happening. From Juan, Cammy, Molly, Tracy, James and everyone else they have completely cured my fear of the dentist and provided an exceptional service at all times. The love and care the team give you without judging you is the best. Do not hesitate and get your appointment!

Tracy Bell and her team have simply been excellent on every visit. I had lost trust in dentists after some bad experiences and as a result I had become a very nervous patient but Tracy herself has helped me restore my faith with her skill and professionalism.

Absolutely amazing care and attention for my 11 y.o. daughter with a huge abscess on a tooth that needed pulling. Fitted us in for an emergency appointment at very short notice. Tracey had such a great presence about her and engagement with my daughter to be able relax her in the chair and relieve the unbearable pain so professionally. The whole team were great and knowledgeable and were able to help us with the aftercare with clear and easy to follow instructions. Thank you for returning my daughters smile.

I was in the Isle of Man on vacation and had an issue with my tooth. I called and they fit me in, diagnosed and took my tooth out the next day - beyond amazing service.
