Highly recommend this Dental practice. Arranged an emergency appointment and was seen the same day. I was in a lot of pain and within half an hour Dr.Sidra Bidal fixed that. She made me feel calm and at ease. Everything was explained, the procedure, the price and the aftercare. Can’t thank her enough. Also the hygienist/nurse was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again.

I had several implants done abroad, and one of them had become loose, which made it difficult to eat on that side and started to affect my gums. Dr. Zohra handled the situation with such confidence and care that I felt instantly reassured. The treatment was smooth, and everything feels stable and comfortable now. Dr. Zohra Rashid greeted me personally and walked me to the treatment room—something I’ve never experienced at other clinics, where it’s usually a nurse who calls you in. That small gesture already made me feel cared for. She’s incredibly humble, yet clearly very knowledgeable, and she works with impressive speed and precision. During my visit, I also mentioned that another tooth was bothering me, and to my surprise, Dr. Zohra Rashid took the time to check that one too, right then and there. Truly amazing! I was so impressed, especially since my previous dentist would always insist I book a separate appointment for any additional concerns. The entire team at Toothshine is genuinely patient-oriented—from the receptionist who greets you with a warm smile and asks about your day, to the nurses and doctors who make sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Prices are fair, and the atmosphere is warm and professional.

I can’t recommend Toothshine dental clinic enough! They truly put the patient first. When I needed my wisdom tooth removed urgently, they went above and beyond to fit me in out of hours—and at no extra charge. From start to finish, every interaction was friendly, reassuring, and professional. They were easy to reach, quick to respond, and made me feel completely cared for. The whole process was handled smoothly and with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find a team that’s both highly skilled and so committed to their patients’ well-being. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier!

Had to have a root canal treatment done as a result of trauma to my teeth. After struggling to find somewhere that could see me on short notice I found Toothshine who were able to see me that week and luckily I was able to have my treatment done that same weekend with their in house specialist. I couldn't recommend this dental practice enough they have been absolutely brilliant throughout my treatment.

Fully happy with the care and service which is always first class. Everyone including Abs on the desk, my dentist Dr Sidra, my hygienist Emily and all the nurses Julie, Rosie & Shaanti are all very warm, friendly and amazing. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars as they truly all deserve it and best dentist in the country by a mile.

I've always received fantastic care and treatment from Toothshine. Everything is explained in detail. You don't feel pressured into potentially expensive procedures; a proposed treatment plan with costs is supplied, and you have time to make your decision. Nervous patients have no need to be concerned; all the dentists and hygienists I have seen have been very gentle and they will immediately stop if you ask them to. The administration side is fantastic too. You'll always receive an email reminder of upcoming appointments and a text too, if you agree to receiving them. I am a very happy client and will certainly be back.

The staff are so professional, welcoming and friendly. I’ve always been a nervous patient and regularly put off going to scheduled appointments at other practices. Since joining this clinic, I have no anxiety and feel at ease at each appointment. Abs is great at welcoming you from the moment you walk in, nothing is ever too much. Never had an issue with getting booked in or any difficulty rescheduling. All appointments I’ve attended have been within scheduled times so no extended periods of waiting around. Dr Sidra is really friendly, knowledgable and approachable. Despite having a deep fear of injections all my life, I’ve had 3 fillings this year with her - all without major anxiety or dread! The dental nurses (Jules and another lady I didn’t catch their name) are also great at making you feel comfortable and safe. You can tell everyone works well together and it’s a well run clinic. The best dental practice! Abs, the receptionist is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He does whatever it takes to get you seen to as quickly as possible. Dr Hasan Adam, my personal dentist is again very friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. My children and I always receive great care and advice. I have received care from other professionals at the practice and all have been equally as pleasant.

I had been going to a different private dental practice before but this place is so much better. Abs who handles bookings is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He managed to get an appointment early as I had to take my tooth out at short notice. Which was not easy but he juggled things around to accommodate me. My tooth extraction was complicated due to the shape of my roots but Harry the surgeon was very very good and I was in really good hands. Very experienced. I dont think I would be able to do this so well in any other place. So grateful for helping me out when I really needed it.
