If I could give 6 stars, I would! After having a rubbish time at a different practice before, this was a perfect experience. The team are lovely, you're very looked after. The actual treatment was great. I had lip filler and Rebecca was amazing. She spent loads of time with me, made sure it was just as I wanted. It was surprisingly pain free, I felt in very safe hands, all just great. Would absolutely recommend, and I love my lips, thanks so much!

I went to see Tally after struggling with significant acne, and just eight weeks later, I feel like a completely new person all thanks to her. The entire experience at Townhouse Clinic has been exceptional, from Rita, the kind and attentive patient coordinator, to my appointment with Tally, and the additional support from Dr. Lucy. The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. Tally has been thorough, compassionate, and supportive throughout my treatment and my two appointments. Tally clearly explains all the available options and is really considerate of my budget, never putting any pressure on my decisions. Instead, she offers thoughtful and helpful recommendations. She is incredibly knowledgable! She’s always been open to answering questions, even outside of appointments via email, which I really appreciated. I’m absolutely thrilled with the progress, I couldn't be happier. My acne is rapidly clearing, and I’ve regained a sense of confidence. Thank you Tally and Townhouse Clinic!

The Townhouse is really excellent. The thing that always stands out to me after an appointment is that I trust Lucy completely, which is so important. She offers excellent, thoughtful advice but there is never pressure either way which I really appreciate. I come away feeling supported to make the best decisions for me and my skin. The whole experience is great, the clinic environment is very welcoming but also calm, and all of the staff are lovely.
