Miracle workers! I had severe lower back pain and a colleague suggested I ring the Crescent. They fitted me in straight away and I could hardly walk into the treatment room. I met with James, who talked me through the issue with sensitivity and humor, helped me perform some stretches and then gave me a massage and acupuncture. I walked out of the clinic a different man, upright and mostly pain free. I have kept up with the exercises and stretches James suggested and I feel almost back to normal after 48hrs. I will certainly return but I hope the back pain doesn't.

For nearly 2 months I had been struggling with quad pain following a triathlon. I visited two different physios in the area but had no luck finding a solution. After just a 40min session with James, he had diagnosed the issue and undertaken a round of dry needling. Within just a few days the pain had subsided and I was back training again. I wish I had come here sooner! I will certainly come back here when I inevitably injure myself again.
