I had a cyst removed by Dr Abdul-Karim Nassimizadeh. He was fantastic. Put me at my ease and talked me through things as he went. Took great care with stitching and the cosmetic appearance of the wound. Was very kindly treated by all the team and the communication was great.

Went for my first ever appointment and was very nervous Mo was lovely, he was so kind, so friendly very reassuring and made me feel so comfortable and dint make me feel pressured. I have the results that I wanted, I was very adamant that I wanted to look very natural and that's exactly what I got, absolutely recommend if you are after getting your first Botox and just want something to give you a glow up but still keep you looking natural. All the staff are also so friendly and we're available on WhatsApp (which is very convenient) to answer any questions you had.

It’s been months since I got filler with him, and I hate my face every morning i wake up filled with regret for ever going to his clinic. He completely ruined my nose. It’s now big, crooked, and the top is round because of all the filler he injected. My nasolabial folds look strange, and my whole face just looks weird since the procedure. He hasn’t done anything to fix it or even seem to care. I’ll never forgive him for what he’s done. The filler has migrated down one side more then the other and now my nose looks completely different. It’s wide and big. Again i regret it so much i feel Bad everyday . People that did not see me for a long time they all ask me what iv done to my nose why is it so big you never had a big nose . Every time i have to hear this again and agian. There is too much filler naso labial folds looks so weird my face looks al flat , I wanted him to do something about it but he gave me a refund of the treatment after trying to dissolve 1 time (after i asked him to do it he didn t even really wanted to do it first )he said my nose looks ok. he did not take before pictures , When i told him it wasn t like this he said he doesn t want to discuss about it, because he never could he did not take before pictures, and who speaks like this to his patients ?? I dont know what else to say im full of regret.

Where do I even begin? About four years ago, I had the non-surgical nose slimming (filler) treatment with Dr. Ayad. At first, I genuinely liked the results. But after about a year, I noticed my nose shape had started to change. I returned to him and asked whether I needed to dissolve the existing filler. He reassured me that it had completely dissolved — saying it had been over a year and there was "nothing left." Based on his advice, I went ahead and had the treatment again. Fast forward another year — again, I asked about dissolving any previous filler. Again, I was told there was absolutely no filler remaining. So, I went ahead with a third round. That’s three filler treatments in total. Over time, I started to feel like the tip of my nose was getting larger, and deep down, I had a gut feeling that the filler had not dissolved — it was building up. Despite expressing this multiple times to Dr. Ayad and his reception team, I was told repeatedly: "Filler disappears within 9 months to a year." Still unhappy with the way my nose looked, I recently chose to have a surgical rhinoplasty — and this is where it became very clear something was wrong. While I was still under anaesthetic, my surgeon informed me the surgery had gone well, but as he peeled back the skin, he found a large ball of filler in my nose. This confirmed everything I had suspected — despite being told otherwise multiple times. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic or Dr. Ayad to anyone. When a medical professional is providing treatments, they should be honest and well-informed. I trusted his advice because he’s a doctor, but the truth was uncovered during surgery. My new surgeon told me something I think everyone should hear: "Many doctors don’t fully understand what’s in the fillers they use. Even if they have good reviews and certifications, that doesn’t always mean they’re doing things right." He also took photos of the filler he found during surgery — I wanted to upload them here, but Google won’t allow graphic content. They're shocking. Please — if you're considering filler in the nose, especially with Dr. Ayad — don’t do it. I hope this review helps someone make a safer, more informed decision.
