I just came out from my appointment with Dr. De Jesus today, and I’m beyond excited for my surgery this Monday! The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing, so welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Arlena, the Office Manager, who was incredibly kind and made sure I had all the information I needed. Everything was explained clearly, and I feel completely confident moving forward. I’ll definitely write more after my surgery, can’t wait!

My pre-op experience with Spectrum Aesthetics has been absolutely phenomenal. From the start, I could tell they genuinely care about patient health and safety. The staff makes it clear that they prioritize ensuring clients are medically ready before surgery. Every step of the process was explained in detail, and they encouraged me to download their app for direct communication, document uploads, and quick responses. Renata, my coordinator, was amazing—professional, consistent, and supportive throughout my medical clearance phase. I’m scheduled for a mommy makeover with Dr. Ortega and had to reschedule my initial surgery date due to low iron levels. Renata guided me the entire way, helped me rebook smoothly, and made sure my original contract terms remained the same. Even when I felt like a bother because of all the hurdles I faced, she reassured me and stayed patient. When I finally received my clearance, she personally congratulated me and celebrated my persistence. This review covers my pre-op clearance experience so far. I’ll return to share more after my pre-op appointment and again post-op. My goal is to provide honest feedback for anyone trying to decide if Spectrum is the right choice for them—it’s been a great experience so far!

I had an amazing experience at Spectrum Aesthetics for my tummy tuck and Lipo 360! From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was outstanding. Although the entrance was a little confusing at first, once inside, the entire experience was exceptional. The check-in ladies were all so friendly and patient, making me feel comfortable right away. My surgeon, Dr. Ortega, had incredible bedside manners, he took the time to explain the entire process, share his vision, and reassure me that the end result would be beautiful. The operating room team was also fantastic! The music helped ease my nerves, and the nurses were so kind, making sure I was relaxed and confident that everything would go smoothly. After surgery, the post-op care was just as impressive. The nurses were patient, gentle, and attentive, walking me through every step of the recovery process. The post-op massage therapist was also amazing gentle and caring, always checking to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, the entire Spectrum Aesthetics team was 100% amazing. Special thanks to Lily, Millie, Lilian, Cindy and Dr. Ortega, and everyone else whose names I may have missed. I truly loved my experience and can’t wait to see the final results once all the swelling goes down!
