I knew I was in good hands right from the very start. Hannah introduced herself with such a warm welcoming smile I knew I found the right person. She is a warm and kind person who made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She has an amazing bed side manner and very knowledgeable. Her professionalism made me feel secure and confident that I was at the right place. Great process from start to finish - at home studio but clear sign in the porch to identify the clinic - instructions and booking form online are all really clear and easy to follow. When I arrived, i immediately felt at ease - Hannah absolutely makes you feel like she’s known you years. Talking through the process of what will/wont happen, all pros and cons and possible side effects or issues to make you fully aware of them. Takes you through the filler she’s using, where its come from etc. which for me, put my mind at rest! Numbing cream was ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ !! After care was fully explained with a cute little kit to help when you go home. Explains how your lips should feel and look and what to expect when some of the swelling goes down and 2 weeks on, it’s spot on! I’m now obsessed and will absolutely be booking in again - explained that my desired look may not be achieved straight away but I’m absolutely over the moon with how they look and will just be going back for top ups ! I’m now absolutely sold and hooked!
