I dont understand how some people can be so harsh and speak about the whole clinic in general. Thats not fair on other professionals working there as well. I can speak from my personal experience where I left a comment on Instagram instead of messaging Dr Nora herself and hands on heart, she messaged me and showed how much she cared. Even on the day of the appointment, she asked me if I was happy and that shows how much she cares. Bare in mind, I wasnt even her patient. It was my son. She communicates with you if you have any issues and makes sure you are happy in the end. She explains and listens to your needs too. My son was meant to be referred by his own dentist as he himself said it was a very complex case. Instead, he left me thinking my son was on the waiting list for 3 years. I found out from another dentist that my son wasnt even referred. I was so worried as this meant, my son was too late to be referredto an orthodontist. That dentist (who had 30 years of experience) told me he wasnt able to fix my sons teeth. I was left with no option other than paying from my own pocket to have my sons teeth fixed. I used to see Dr Noras posts on Instagram and I contacted her. She was very welcoming and told me to come with my son and she'll have a look. She comforted my son and told him shes willing to fix his teeth, as well as giving him £1000 discount since he was only 16! My son really liked her and although I live in Birmingham and Dr Noras clinic was in Leicester, I was willing to take him for his follow-up appointments. The confidence she gave my son will always be appreciated. I will update you guys with the results once its all done. We're half way through now and I cant wait for the end results!! Her staff are also as nice as her, and whether its in person or on WhatsApp or Instagram, they respond very fast. Have nothing bad to say at all and before we judge others we have to bare in mind that there's always two sides to a story.

Dr Nora gave me laser gum contouring, teeth whitening, and composite bonding on my top 10 teeth. I wanted to fix minor crookedness and chipping, and I wanted my teeth to have a more aesthetic shape. I was pretty nervous about the whole thing; mainly, I was worried that I would end up with a “fake look.” However, Nora has a special artistic talent and vision, and so she was able to fix all my aesthetic issues, and my teeth still look 100% real even up close. It just looks like I naturally have perfect teeth! Throughout the process, Nora was very reassuring and professional, and her staff is lovely; they made the whole process a breeze. I don’t usually leave reviews; making an exception, here, out of gratitude! Thanks Nora!

Dr Nora is always so kind and professional and has been able to improve my symptoms from teeth grinding using masseter Botox. Would definitely recommend her!!!
