I started my laser hair removal here after the closure of skn clinics. The team champions impeccable customer service, are incredibly patient, with utmost professionalism and make the experience more comfortable. Alysha, Càelainn and Klaudia have all been amazing and I’ve had a perfect laser hair removal experience here. The team not only had excellent expert knowledge on the optimal way of adjusting the laser machine for you (believe me not all clinics do) but also has great knowledge on the optimal way of staggering skin treatments and collagen banking. The clinic itself is also very relaxing, like slipping into a quiet little sanctuary, which helps with if you get anxious.

These ladies are laser Queens! So knowledgable, welcoming and professional. This was my first ever laser IPL session for my red veins around my nose and WOW, the results! I’ve been coming here for my laser hair removal sessions and honestly, it’s been such a positive experience from the very start. The Splendor X machine they use is top-of-the-line. I can genuinely see the results building up over time, and the sessions are quick and efficient. The clinic itself is beautifully set up and fully equipped, offering a wide range of treatments, which really shows how professional and well-prepared they are. But what truly makes the difference is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming and respectful, you feel looked after the moment you walk through the door.
