I have been going to Karen for hyperpigmentation treatment on my face for around ten years. Opting for aesthetic surgery was a big deal for me as I was scared of it hurting me and how the results would turn out. Karen is wonderful. She is highly qualified (a nurse) and really calming, and the results are always fabulous. The clinic is in beautiful countryside, which immediately puts you at ease. Karen answers all your questions and is gentle and careful in her treatment. She is honest, non-judgmental, highly professional and never up-sells. I travel nearly a 100 mile round journey to see her and would not go anywhere else
