Medical Director and co-founder Dr James Cotter, MD, trained at Charles University (Prague) and the Royal College of Surgeons, and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin. With more than ten years of medical experience he leads Sisu’s clinical team and specialises in thread lifts and advanced non-surgical facial procedures.

Sisu provides core medical aesthetic treatments — anti-wrinkle injections (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, skin boosters and collagen stimulators (Sculptra), thread lifts and fat-dissolving injections — delivered via a doctor-led, evidence-based model.
