We have been twice. The spa is lovely as we're the staff. The place was spotless. But unfortunately there are a few aspects that are tatty and let it down. The outdoor pool has broken buttons and jets etc don't work as a result, these were the same in March. The main pool has an island with some powerful jets on it, they no longer work. Also half the air jets in the hydrotherapy pool don't work. It's a premium product being sold, prices have gone up, things shouldn't be broken. It's a shame because it's handy, but will probably swerve and try somewhere else next time.

Just finished my 2nd session of face and neck micro-needling with LesleyAnne. Professional and very friendly service provided in a very clean and relaxing environment. Thank you for putting me at ease. Really enjoying the treatments and already seeing a big difference. I couldn’t be happier.

I booked a spa day for my partners 30th birthday. We enjoyed every minute. The girls in Novara were fantastic! I had a skin analysis done by Georgia who was very knowledgeable. She talked me through my results and the treatment plan to help with my acne scarring. I cant wait to get started and see the results!
