Was a little disappointed to be honest with my last service. I had been using secret smiles for a good 3yrs getting baby botox as well as jaw / cheek & nose filler. I found my baby Botox wasn’t lasting like it used to be so went to a friend who an ANP to do full Botox & it lasted longer & was also to help my friends business out. But I had every intention on returning to secret smiles for other treatments. I originally asked for Botox & filler on nose only, was told originally I couldn’t for 12 weeks due to having Botox somewhere else? It made me feel they wanted me to wait in hope I would have full Botox done there with them along with my nose. Far as I’m aware, filler on nose is a different treatment so wasn’t sure why I had to wait 12 weeks & on a different area….. I waited 12 weeks again to go back, and was told now they can’t take me on as a client because I visited a new place due to “regulations”. The message said they would not want to do work another practice has previously done. Even though things change in life, people move houses and I was going to a ANP for Botox who lived near me so was easier for me. My ANP has never said she can’t take clients on who have went somewhere else & works under the same regulations. I asked them about this, as it sounded like u could only be accepted if your brand new client with no work or always been with them. They then changed it to “we would need to ask ur old practice for your notes which we don’t have time to do” due to Christmas……. I do personally feel the company went a little off with me because I went to someone else. If they told me 12 weeks ago I could of arranged for that also. But I only wanted nose filer with pixie tip & no one else has touched that bar this company? As only had Botox from someone else this year. So struggle to understand what “notes” they needed a there would be no notes on my nose from anyone. And a friend could happily send over the Botox I had done on all 3 areas. Only…….. it made me feel that unless u have all ur treatment done at secret smiles then they won’t take you back or felt they went in a “huff” over going else where. Was quite disappointing considering Ave spent thousands with this company over about a 4yr period. I wanted one treatment done that only them have ever done…….. but have been given about 3 different answers anytime I asked to try & get back in. Just very disappointing & makes u feel not like a valued customer when ur given so many different answers each time. They are very busy, I get that, but customers can choose who they want to do their face & are allowed to use another nurse for certain things if they choose to do so. Shouldn’t be made to feel it will be used against you if you want to go back

Won't go anywhere else now 👍 Update on 08/11/2024: been back again for more botox and microneedling, and I'm so happy with the results. Great work from Kate and excellent service overall 👍
