I had the plasma treatment on my eyelids for tightening and my result even after the first visit I am impressed with. Arvin is great at explaining the procedure and executing it and the whole team at the clinic are so welcoming.

Arvin is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I always know I am in safe hands with a fully qualified aesthetic nurse. My treatments are subtle and natural and the aftercare Revitalise provides is fantastic.

Update after business reply: To confirm a few things the clinic have responded with that are untrue: I paid £50 for a 30 minute consultation. This was the amount of time given to me when I called the clinic. My actual consultation lasted just under 30 minutes. Lovely receptionist, but extremely poor service from Arvin Hassanpour. After nearly 10 years of suffering with acne on the NHS and taking the financial leap into going private, I feel like I'm back at square one. She confirmed I should avoid comedogenic ingredients for my acne, but then told me to throw out all of my current, non-comodegenic skincare I'd spent 8+ years finding, claiming they were "ruining the pH level" of my skin. She did not do any tests or provide evidence for this claim. She then pushed me to buy a whole line of their expensive, in-clinic products, assuring me they would help clear my acne. When I later researched the products, I was shocked to find that most of them contain multiple comedogenic ingredients, while my existing skincare contains none, of which I had clearly documented and shown to her during the consultation. I also brought a physical copy of notes: years worth of documents showing acne prescriptions, blood test results, current skincare ingredients, EWG ratings, etc. She barely looked at them, asked no questions about diet, menstrual irregularities, or hygiene, and focused solely on selling their sponsored products. I also asked about my hand Eczema to which she said "I have a very good cream for that". When I pushed for an explanation on what the cream was and what it does, she responded the same again, multiple times with "It's very good and will help your Eczema". She literally couldn't tell me what the cream was or what it did from a medical perspective as she very clearly had no idea. Overall, this felt like just another aesthetic dermatology clinic focused on selling products rather than providing real medical care. If you need genuine help with stubborn acne or eczema, I would not recommend this clinic.
