Dagmara Byler is the founder and lead beauty aesthetic therapist at SkinTouch; her verified qualifications include NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, VTCT Level 4 in Skin Needling and VTCT Level 5 in RF Microneedling, and she established the clinic in 2021.
