I have had several treatments with Advanced Nurse Practitioner Faith. She is very knowledgeable about the products. Faith gave me great advice and was very gentle during the procedures. I always look forward to my visits to Muse Harrogate, great experience and results. Faiths warm smile and lovely welcome is reassuring ( I was nervous ) I would really recommend Faith, she is a gem!

Had two Botox treatments with top ups, and two peels with Aesthetics Nurse Faith Jacob. Really happy with all the results, particularly the peels, which were surprisingly really effective and I received tons of compliments on my skin. Faith was guided by the excellent Dr Amy for my first Botox and is now practising independently. Her skills are exceptional already which is testament to her seemingly natural prowess for aesthetic medicine. This was my first venture into aesthetics and I admit I felt nervous. I was worried it would either be really obvious or so subtle that I couldn’t tell the difference, but it was neither! I can really see a lift and I know I’ll definitely get fantastic results each time. Faith’s consultation process is incredibly thorough and she listened to what I was hoping for each time then worked out a plan and I felt really well looked at every appointment. The Harrogate clinic is spotless, organised and really stylish, and there’s plenty of parking nearby, plus coffee and a gorgeous waiting area. You forget you’re in the middle of town! The treatments have all really improved my confidence (and I get photographed quite a lot!) which I’m so grateful for. It’s made a real difference to how I feel about myself. More than I imagined. There’s a lot of aesthetics practitioners to choose from in Yorkshire now and I feel very fortunate to have found someone who really understands what I want. There is no one-size-fits-all approach; Faith really listens to what’s important to you, and alongside her clinical skills and great attention to detail, that’s what makes her stand out in her field.

Amy is incredibly skilled at what she does. She knows exactly how to make the subtle changes that make a difference whilst still ensuring you still look like yourself. She was brilliant at putting me at ease and the procedure was virtually painless. She clearly cares about her patients, takes time to understand what’s desired, understands facial anatomy and is incredibly knowledgeable about the techniques and products she uses. Knowing Amy had a medical background as a doctor gave me utmost trust in her and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
