Laser Hair Removal – Very Disappointed with Results I want to begin by saying that my therapist, Mandi, was absolutely lovely. She made me feel at ease and was always professional and kind – I would give her 5 stars. However, I am extremely disappointed with the results of the laser hair removal treatment itself. I was told during my first appointment that I could expect at least an 80% reduction in hair after completing the first course of six sessions. Sadly, this has not been the case. After completing all six, I saw very little improvement – maybe a 20% reduction at best – so I decided to book an additional four sessions, hoping for better results. I have now completed a total of 12 sessions and am still seeing minimal improvement. I’ve followed all the guidelines, including avoiding sun exposure for a full year, and have spent nearly £1,000 in total. I recently went on holiday and still had to shave every three days, which defeats the purpose of getting laser treatment. The clinic uses a device called LEO for the laser treatment, but in my experience, it has not been effective at all. I feel misled and frustrated – I invested a lot of time and money, expecting real results that were promised to me. Overall, while the staff were friendly, the treatment simply did not deliver, and I would not recommend this clinic or the equipment they use for laser hair removal. This has been a very upsetting and disappointing experience

Mandy was very professional and attentive. The skincare treatment she gave me for my acne prone skin had amazing results in less than a week and she gave me very helpful advice to maintain my results and avoid more breakouts. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was under the care of Dr Clozza and his work is second to none. He takes great pride in his work and is a 'gifted' implant specialist with great expertise. He consistently seeks nothing less than the best solutions to even the most difficult challenges(me!), and this means that you will NEVER leave disappointed. Every member of their team are very knowledgeable, super friendly, and approachable. The practice as a whole scores a 10 out of 10 😄

But Mandy is the reason I'll be keep coming back. She is truly the best therapist I have ever had .Her professionalism,skills and attention to details are unmatched. I could genuinely feel her years of experience and care with every touch. The facial and shoulder massage was absolutely wonderful -I've never felt so relaxed in my life .It was more just than a treatment ;it was healing experience. it was on a whole different level .it was beyond the result, it was about letting go of inner tension and feeling completely at peace. I have to say, I’m always satisfied with the laser treatments I’ve done at Lotus—they all work wonders! This time, I went for the CO2 laser, and while the first session was subtle, the second one gave me unbelievable results. My skin felt smoother, tighter, and so refreshed! Mandy is so precise and make sure everything is done perfectly, and I appreciate that so much. I'll be always back at Lotus and Mandy will be the only therapist I trust- it’s worth every mile I travel to get there!

Excellent clinic. Conveniently located; Reception staff always with a smile and happy to help. I was recommended Dr Emanuele Clozza for two implants I needed to do. Very knowledgeable and reassuring dentist who made the unpleasant treatment surprisingly tolerable. Top professional and amazing person. When my dentist saw Dr Clozza’s implants and crown he was very impressed. Highly recommended
