I came from London to Lasaderm to have three moles removed, and I’m really glad I chose them. Dr Nnadi did both my consultation and the removal, and he was honestly great. He was very polite and patient, especially because I was a bit scared about the whole thing. He kept checking that I was comfortable and not in any pain, and made sure I was happy with everything. I’m really pleased with the results and the care I received.

Anyone reading this please go to a laser specialist these guys have little experience and the after care is shocking. I went to lasaderm after a friend recommended them even though she had skin tags removed, said they was OK and she see them on a TV programme. I done some research (not enough) and thought I'd give them a go. I have rosacea and broken capillaries. I had ipl and all seemed to be going well until Kinga recommended using ipl and yag at the same time to treat some pesky veins. She also kept turning up the ipl each visit. She asked me if a patch of skin on my cheek felt OK and apart from feeling warm it did feel OK, it wasn't until I went home I noticed a indent in my cheek. I emailed lasaderm who requested I came in to see them. I spoke to Dr Nnandi who basically said it was a shadow caused by swelling, and to give it time. After awhile I noticed my skin was getting worse and this patch was getting bigger. I went back to see Dr Nnandi who basically said I'm seeing things, it was probably already there, lasers don't do this and I can just cover it with make up. Have you ever tried covering a patch of skin missing with make up? It doesn't work. My skin has significantly got worse. I have enlarged pores, circle marks from the laser tip as well as a patch of skin missing! Where this indent of skin is which is pretty big, broken capillaries have come up everywhere within that patch and it looks so much worse than it did before, I don't have any broken capillaries anywhere else really just this patch now. This place has ruined my skin and my confidence. I have thought about putting in a claim but for what a few quid? It's not worth the stress of reliving what has happened. Instead I will write bad reviews and urge people to not go to these unprofessional inexperienced people. My doctor believes I have suffered nerve damage to my cheek and I'm being reffered to a dermatologist who hopefully will help my face feel better. My face itches and is painful all the time where I have this indent. Since last visiting lasaderm no one has contacted me to see how I'm doing but they still send me emails all the time with offers which is just a kick in the teeth. So if you are reading this please do more research than me and go to a laser specialist. This has ruined me.

Had a mole removal on my nose - the staff were very friendly and spoke through the process with me answering any questions or concerns I had. Was a relatively quick treatment but would recommend Lasaderm highly from my experience.
